Cancellation Policy

Bag Drag – Reservation & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing The Bag Drag Shuttle Service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our reservation and cancellation terms: Reservations – All bookings must include full passenger names, flight number, arrival/departure time, and pickup/drop-off location as well as your pick-up name. – Your reservation is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation. – For groups of 4+ passengers, pls contact us via whatsapp Payment – Payment can be made in cash (USD or MXN) or credit card. – Prices are per vehicle unless stated otherwise. Changes – You may modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your pickup time, subject to availability. – Changes within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations – Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pickup: 100% refund (if prepaid). – Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund. – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or “no-shows”: no refund. – Flight delays are not considered cancellations; we will adjust your pickup time accordingly. Delays & No-Shows – We monitor flights, but please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. – Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after flight arrival unless other arrangements are made. Pets – The Bag Drag is pet-friendly. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with animals. Liability – The Bag Drag is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. – Passengers must ensure all luggage is properly loaded and unloaded. By completing a booking with The Bag Drag, you accept these terms.
