The BagDrag is a transportation coordination and booking service. Transportation is provided by independent licensed drivers who are responsible for passenger safety, vehicle operation, insurance, and luggage during the transfer. While we carefully select our transportation partners, The BagDrag cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, loss or damage of personal belongings, ferry interruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
